Released in September 1995 and produced entirely by DJ Squeeky. Not much is known about Mack Daddy Ju as he had no prior features on any of squeeky’s prodcution. Other than being sampled by drak in the song “Nonstop” in 2018. However, this tape gives Mack Daddy Ju a focused spotlight, backed by Squeeky’s signature lo-fi bounce and eerie sample work. Though not as widely circulated as some of Squeeky’s bigger releases, Mack Daddy Ju’s tape stands as a strong example of his production style during 1995. Dark, direct, and unapologetically underground.
