This is a previously unheard Spanish Fly volume, recorded and released between December 6 and December 13, 1994. For well over 15–20 years, the highest-numbered Spanish Fly tape discovered was Volume #42, making the discovery of Volume #46 a major archival find. By late 1994, Spanish Fly was deep into his mature DJ phase, blending original Memphis rap, underground street records, and select West Coast cuts into his trademark fast-paced, bass-heavy mix style. The side B is entirely mixes because local people had been asking for them to be included for multiple volumes according to Fly.
