Another legendary Memphis producer and DJ, Sir Swift made a name for himself dropping mixtapes and collaborating with local heavyweights like DJ Sound and DJ Live Wire. This tape is a vivid snapshot of the underground scene, featuring core members of the Frayser Click including MC Money, Gangsta Gold, Dirty Red, and Mad Maine. While people date this release to 1994, the style, samples, strongly suggest an earlier 1993 release. A time when DJ mixtapes were still thriving and iconic beats from artists like Dr. Dre dominated the soundscape. As well as DJ Sound #5 dropping that same year and feature the same songs.
