The Black Fortress was produced by Mr. Sche and released in 1996. The tape features the Immortal Lowlifes lineup of Mr. Sche, Dirty Mack, Boy Blue, Lil Rick, Tony Montana, Bluntman, and Lil K. Building on the group’s earlier material, the tape delivers a dark, lowlife-themed sound centered around crime, street life, and the group’s distinctive underground style. Mr. Sche handles much of the production and appears throughout the tape, making The Black Fortress an important release for documenting the Immortal Lowlifes during 1996.
