    Produced by Bigg Baby, also known as BB, Unsolved Mysteries is a rare South Memphis release representing the Edith Avenue block off South Orleans Street, located just steps away from LeMoyne-Owen College. The tape captures a very raw, localized sound. Street-focused lyrics, minimal polish, and gritty production that reflects the neighborhood-level nature of Memphis underground rap in the mid-’90s. While little documented outside of collectors’ circles, this tape stands as a solid example of how deeply regional Memphis rap was at the time, with crews often repping specific streets or blocks rather than broader sections of the city.
