A shorter single-style of tape from DJ Spanish Fly, to promote his hit radio single “Goin’ To Mr. Z’s,” which gained traction sometime before Volume #39 in 1994. I am actually very skeptical that this album and tape are both from 1994, if it even existed back then at all. Since it’s a short “Greatest Hits” type of release from Spanish Fly’s best work from 1990-93. Which also makes me skeptical that this is release is from 1994 given the changing soundscape at that period. Regardless, This release features not only Spanish Fly’s most popular hits. But also, a solid mix of gritty Memphis street vibes and classic southern bounce beats, making it a historic piece for collectors and fans of the era.
