Did DJ Squeeky steal the beat for "Lookin' For The Chewin" from DJ B.K?

I’m curious what everyone thinks about this one. DJ B.K. famously used a different version of the beat on his Volume #35 ( https://youtu.be/B5xzQ9S1_g0 ), saying that he and “J” made the track and called it For The Chewin. Meanwhile, DJ Squeeky used the same beat that same year on his Volume #3, but more as a shoutout or “hood call” type of track.

I honestly don’t know who had it first. It would make sense for it to be B.K.’s since Squeeky didn’t fully step into production until Volume #5 in early 1993. But personally, I lean more toward it being Squeeky’s, since the mainstream songs featured on Volume #3 came out just a few months before those used on Volume #35. You can check the timelines yourself by looking up the release dates of the albums those tracks came from—like Too $hort or DJ Quik’s releases around that time.
